hello! hope you doing well! I born in Saudi Arabia and holding Yemeni citizenship , now am having student residence permit in china and want to go to Russia for world cup match , can I apply for Russian entry permit in Guangzhou since am living in Guangxi ? is it easy to get ? thank you!
