Hi, Valid Chinese Visa in Old Passport

I have a new UK passport and a valid Chinese multi-entry 2-year visa in my old UK passport.

The information (name, date of birth etc) matches on both passports.

Can I enter China using the new passport and the valid entry permit in the old passport?
