About:Western Hills

I'm planning a trip to Western Hill this December

But my mum would like to avoid taking cable cars and chairlifts, if possible.
1. Can we take the battery car or shuttle bus (instead of cable car or chairlift) up the mountain to Dragon Gate?
2. Is the road to Dragon Gate winding and narrow? Is it too slippery for buses to go up to Dragon Gate in winter?
Thanks!

If you don’t take cable cars you can only walk to Dragon Gate, which takes about 3-4 hours. Yes, the road is winding and narrow but it will not to be too slippery.
