About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

trying to get an answer on a 72 hour visa

Hello
i am trying to get some answers on a 72 hour visa for Shanghai,i am a US citizen and my partner is a Filipino passport holder but she has a US green card for a 10 year stay.
What do we need to do to get the 72 hour transit visa.
we are flying from LA-Shanghai-Cebu.
And then on the way back we would like to spend a couple days in Shanghai then fry back to LAX
We will be flying China Eastern Business Class for the flight

Philippines passport holders only qualify for 24 hours transit without visa. To stay any longer she will need a visa. USA passport qualifies for 144 hours at Shanghai.
