graduation certificate notarization

Question

I need to get a notarization for my graduation certificate for my Chinese Z visa application. I will be graduating Swiss Hotel School in Lausanne on July and will be getting my certificate when I go back to my home country. Is it possible to send my graduation certificate and Chinese translated version by post mail to have it notarized? Thank you for your reply in advance.

Sorry, I checked the website of the Chinese embassy in Switzerland, and it said that postal notarization application is not received.
