Graduation Certificate Notarization

I need to get a notarization for my graduation certificate for my Chinese Z visa application.
I will be graduating Swiss Hotel School in Lausanne on July and will be getting my certificate when I go back to my home country.
Is it possible to send my graduation certificate and Chinese translated version by post mail to have it notarized?
