HI.
I Have one question to ask.

my nationality is Netherland, and planning to travel from ICN-SHE--PEK-AMS
with in 24hour stay in China

am I able to enter China without Visa?

Yes, you are able to enter China without visa because you can enjoy 24 hr direct transit.
