About:China Visa

American changing Z to Tourist L in Harbin

Hello:
Visa rules constantly change in China...is it possible to change the residence permit Z to a tourist L? The local PSB can do this or the actual visa office?

It's possible to change the work Z type into a tourist L type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB. You can have a try.
