Way forward to getting a Jw202

I am Jacob Cephus Johnson a liberian who applied for a partial scholarship in Chinese language through an agent and have received my Jw202 for upon receiving my admission notice. I am a bit worry. My question is what the way forward while I am still in China?

If you are still in China, you can try to convert your current Chinese visa to a student X type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If it can succeed, you don’t need to go back to your home country for that. You can contact the local PSB to inquire the details.
