Hi, if you have all right documents, it's possible for you to apply for a Chinese work Z type from the China embassy in your country. You can have a try.

first you need to have you diploma/TOR and NBI clearance authenticated by DFA first then by Chinese Embassy
second, send that docs to your employer so they can get you a local (china) permit and an inviation letter
third, receive the invitation letter and local permit from your employer.
4th, apply for type Z china visa at nearest Chinese Embassy
5th, apply for OEC at POEA

Hope this helps

Hi @ Budoy, I'm interested to know if China extended already a certain ground for this kind of visa to Filipinos? I guess last year (2017) they only allowed French and Sino-French, Filipinos are not allowed. But I'm not alos sure if its in Beijing only. Hope you can enlighten me on this matter. Thank you in advance.

Hi! Have inquired with Philippine Consulate in HK for obtaining a Contract Verification which is needed for POEA OEC. Since I am directly to be hire by a Chinese employer and they don bot have agency in Manila, philippine consulate advised that direct hiring is banned. Any ideas on this? Thank you
