got multiple entry 2 years tourist L. do i need visa to visit tibet?

Hi, i got 2 years multiple entry tourist L. already visited once. now planning to go to tibet by air from I london and by train to lhasa (tibet) and then fly out from lkasa to kathmundu (nepal).do I need to apply again for tibet and if so, what fees to be paid?
