About:Chinese Etiquette

Chinese are opening a school in our area. I am interviewing to be their American consultant.

Should I take a gift to them? I was thinking of a box of locally made chocolate

To be honest, you just need to prepare yourself well for this interview and this job. If you really want to take, then do it to show your kindness. There is no actual need to take a gift to the interviewers in Chinese culture.
