You can take Shuttle Bus –Shantou East Line to Golden Gulf Hotel; after arrival, walk north for about 15mins to the hotel or catch a cab to get there within 5mins.0

if you can read and write Chinese, install DiDi on your hp. It's Chinese version of uber. I used Didi for my trip from Jieyang, Shantou and Chaozhou where public transport is not as common as in SG. You can opt to pay cash.0
