It is more convenient for me to go to Washington DC or NYC than to Houston, is there a way that I can submit my application either in DC or NYC?? Thanks

Hi, you cannot submit the application to Washington DC or NYC. You should do that from the Chinese consulate in Houston. You can find someone else to do that on your behalf if you cannot go there in person.
