To reach chengdu East railway station from Chengdu Shuangliu Airport for Chongqing North railway

Could anyone please help me figure out what would be the easiest, fastest and cheapest way to reach Chengdu East railway Station from Chengdu Shuangliu Airport? As we want to take a train from Chengdu East railway station to North railway station, could you also suggest how can we achieve that efficiently?
