Is Youhaosi zhijia Apartment(Beijing YiHai Gardent) too far away for Beijing sightseeing?

According to what I know, Youhaosi Zhijia Apartment (Beijing YiHai Garden) is a little bit far from Beijing downtown and most of the scenic spots in Beijing. However, the transportation there is convenient so I think you can take Subway Line 9 at YiHai Garden West Gate Station and transfer to other lines to get to the spots where you want to sight-see.
