About:72-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hangzhou transit

Hello,
I would like to know if with the following itinerary I'm entitled to use 72 free transit in Hangzhou.

7/05/2018 KE932 Rome (FCO) D.21:25 - Incheon (ICN) A.15:50
12/05/2018 CA140 Incheon (ICN) D. 13:05 - Hangzhou (HGH) A.14:05
14/05/2018 CA139 Hangzhou (HGH) D. 9:05 - Incheon (ICN) 12:05 + KE5931 Incheon (ICN) D.13:55 / Rome (FCO) 19:05 (INCHEON ONLY FOR TRANSIT)

ONE RESERVATION, ONE TICKET

At the departure from Hangzhou which one is the third country? the destination country (Italy, Rome) or the transit country (South Korea, Seoul).

thanks

That obviously requires a visa, because Seoul-Hangzhou-Seoul isn't a transit.
