Hello. I'm going to China for an interview with company in Shanghai. If I will be suitable for them, is it possible for me to make a Work permit in China without going home to make Z?I'm going to take all documents to China (legalized bachelor degree with legalized police certificate paper). If it is not possible, can I make a Z in a country near China (not my native country)?

Maksim, it's possible for you to convert your current L type to a work Z type at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China if you can meet all requirements. If it can be done, you don't need to leave China. Just give it a try.
