We are travelling to Yunnan Province 28/6-8/7/2018 do we need warm clothes?

No, you don't need to prepare the warm clothes. Take Kunming as an example, the temperature may range from 25C to 30C during that period of time. It will be hot and moist. Thus you can only prepare some summer clothes.
