Fer from the Philippines

Hi, I am planning to go to Hongkong by mid-June and stay for less than 2 weeks say 11 days then go to China for 4 days, if I go back to Hongkong do I need to get a visa since counting the days from my entry to HK would exceed 14 days?

No, You don't need a visa because the duration of 14 days free entry to HK will restart again when you go back to Hongkong.
