Do you refer to Longquan City in Zhejiang Province? If yes, I know one direct bus that operates from Tianhe Bus Station. It departs at 10:30. The ticket fare is CNY365 per person.
From the railway station to Tianhe Bus Station: You can take public bus no.30 to there directly.1
