Hi! I am a female water Ox- Birthdate Jan 1, 1974

I would like to ask if submitting resignation next month resignation effective July 31 will be a good decision for me and my family? I had been experiencing problems with my co-managers and superior as well. I have hesitations to do it due to financial concerns. Please give me your advice. Thanks

Dear, I think you shouldn’t give up your job now. It is predicted that in 2018, you will face some arguments with your superiors. But what you should do is to work harder to gain your boss’s recognition and get promotion with a positive and modest attitude.

Thank you for advise. I will try to consider it. It is just that lately I had some arguments with my boss - seems to be very hard to handle. Not that comfortable and happy working with him. It seems he really do not appreciate all my efforts in spite of our hard work and cooperation.
