About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Thanks Maggie!So I will need two Visas.

One when I arrive in Shanghai and stay for 3 days. And another one when I get back to Shanghai from my 8 day cruise and leave back to the US?

Gary, if you would travel like USA-Shanghai(3 days)-another country instead of USA-Shanghai-USA, you are eligible for the 144 hr free transit in Shanghai twice, and no need to apply for visa for that trip.
