About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Sydney-Pudong-Wusong Terminal-Japan-Sydney

Greetings,
We will be flying into Pudong Airport on the 16th and cruising out of Wusong Cruise Terminal on the 17th to Japan and then flying home to Australia.
Are we eligible for the 144 Visa?
