You can get to Panjin from Jinzhou by train, including 8 pairs of high speed trains or 10 pairs of normal speed trains, taking about 0.5 - 2 hours totally.From Panjin Station, take bus no.3 Outer Ring Road Bus to Shizheng Gongsi Bus Stop. Then transfer to Red Beach Special Tourists Bus to the destination directly.
