is it wise to switch job this year? I'm an 1985 ox.

Is it wise to switch job this year? My coworker was being shady and gossiped about me behind my back. I haven't talked to her since I found out and have kept distant. Managenent doesn't appreciate me. I want to start looking for a new job but want to know if it's a good idea for this year

According to the Chinese culture, you would meet strong competitors in 2018, and even have some disagreement your coworkers just like you said. But I think you should keep your work now with a positive attitude and work harder than before to get your boss’s recognition. If you get better and stronger, I believe your colleagues won’t try to slander you.

Besides, do not care about what others said and just do well what you should do. You will be get paid if you do your best.
