About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Paris-Seoul-Shanghai-Amsterdam-Paris

Hi,

Air France just amended my flight and added a stop in Seoul so can I enjoy the 144 hour of free transit if I travel from Seoul ICN to Shanghai PVG on the 05/05 and fly from Shanghai PVG to Amsterdam on the 08/05?
I have a French passport.
