Question

Is this Hong Kong Zhuhai Macau bridge will be in service on 23 September 2018? From Hong Kong I want to go to Macau through this bridge. Do I need to undergo border crossing both at Zhuhai and then at Macau?  Or Can I get border crossing only at Macau?
