About:24-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Transit Visa. Hello, my name is Yuridia and I am from Honduras

I am traveling from Taipei to Amsterdam via Xiamen, and the layover is around 5 hours. Do I apply for the free 24 hour direct transit ?
