About:China Transit Visa

Phillipine ordinary passport holder does/ does not need to get transit visa

Hello, my friend is Fillipina, she will travel thru CAN (Guangzhou) to Manila from Moscow (Russia) and back,
the both transfers dont exceed 15 hours each. Does she need to get the transit visa in Moscow?
She has an ordinary Philippine passport and she will ask the China Southern Airlines for a hotel during her flight back to Moscow (night transfer in CAN, 15 hours). She will try to register her luggages to Moscow (without picking them up and check in again, but it's not sure that it can work)
Thank you a lot in advance for your promt reply

Hi, your friend can enjoy 24 hr direct transit in Guangzhou in both directions. No need to apply for a transit G type for that. Don't worry.
