stop in X'ian and Beijing flying from Rome to Sydney

I am flying from Rome to Sydney and I want to stop to X'ian for 5 five days. My flight has a stopover in PVG airport from Rome to X'ian and a stopover in PEK airport from X'ian to Sydney. Can I enjoy the 144h visa-free transit ?

I am afraid that you can not enjoy the visa free transit in Xian if you have stopovers in PVG and PEK en route. Besides, the 144-hour visa free transit policy has not been carried out in Xian.
