About:Elephant Trunk Hill

Best option from Qingdao Liuting Airport to the Huiquan Dynasty hotel.

We are advised: Airport line 3 (Airport to Tong’an Road)—Subway line 2 (Tong’an Road—May Fourth Square)—Subway line 3 (May Fourth Square—Huiquan Square). However I see that there is a shuttle bus (no 701) that seems direct but I don't know how long it takes. Also what would be the cost of a taxi? Thank you.

Yes, the bus No. 701 is available, and it takes about 1 to 1.5 hour to get there. However, taking a taxi will cost more than CNY 100 so that it’s not recommended.

Thank you for your answer. However after checking the bus route with a Chinese colleague on the official bus website, it seems that bus 701 now arrives at a different hotel, 2.5 km away from mine. This is confusing.

I’m sorry to offer you the wrong information. I’ve checked it again, it indeed changed its destination.

Maybe you can take the bus No. 702 to Xiaocunzhuang Station, and then transfer here to take bus No. 302 to Nanhai Road Station. After getting off the bus, walk east about 100 meters, you can arrive your destination.

Yes, the bus has changed its route now and it stops at the Haitian Hotel, then you can take bus line 702 to Xiao Cunzhuang Stationa and then transfer to bus line 302 to your hotel.
