About:Year of the Pig

I’m looking for a space to open a business/restaurant

but I would like to know what direction is lucky for me or/and my husband?
My dob 6/9/83 and my spouse 3/7/85. I would mostly be in front of the business manager and husband in back kitchen.

The space I’m currently looking at, the compass is only showing North, is that a lucky direction or do I need to look for Northeast? Thank you
