Can I transport Flat-packed furniture on a high speed train? The dimensions would be around 90-120cm in length and 50cm in width.

The size seems a little larger. Usually the rail service is not very strict with the luggage size, but to be safer, maybe it is better if you pack them separately as two pieces of luggages
