Has Jiuzhai valley now been opened to tourists? Is it worth visiting in July

Also please suggest best and economical way to travel from Beijing to this scenic area.

Yes, it’s opened now but only to visitors in a tour group organized by a travel agency. The tour will arrange you from Beijing to the scenic area. You can search online and choose a reasonable one.
