About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

If I’m travelling onto a country that offers a visa on arrival, is that sufficient?

For example, you can get a voa in Thailand so normally I wouldn’t bother to get one in advance. Will this still enable me to qualify for the transit g in China or will I need to get a visa for Thailand in advance?

You don´t need to get a visa in advance when Thailand offer VOA.

The chinese immigration knows that and it´s fine.
