Chinese Visa Gwangju

Hi, is it possible to apply for a chinese Tourist visa at the Chinese Consulate in Gwangju

That's possible for you to do that in there as long as you have valid ARC card in South Korea. Otherwise, you are advised to make the application from your own country.
