What should i wear at night of Urumqi on 13 May 2018? Is Urumqi very cold at night?

Should i wear a longjohn, a polyester jacket and a cotton/nylon Scottevest TEC travel jacket?

The updated weather statistics shows that it will be 15C to 20C in the following days. And it may have rainy days in the middle of the month. But the climate won't be cold. Jackets, thin sweaters, jeans and sneakers are enough for you to prepare. :)
