I was traveling going to canada passing trought china and I missed my flight to canada they rebook me but my travel entry permit got expired I couldnâ€™t leave what do i do?

It depends on whether you have a pre-arrival visa or an entry permit. Entry permits are not extendable, and once that expires you are relying on the immigration's good grace to let you leave the country without a fine. Visas are technically extendable, but if you have to failed to secure an extension before its expiration you will face the same scenario.
