About:China Customs Declaration

Can I bring race nutrition for Marathon to China?

Can I bring race nutrition ie. caffeinated gels/powder etc and also prescription antiinflammatories and painkillers in to China do I need to declare and go via red lane?

As I know, you can bring them to China. But you'd better declare them at the custom.
