Turn Around Exit-Entry to Hong Kong

I’m a Saudi citizen with a multiple visa to China with a 30-day limit. I want to stay longer than 30 days in China. So, can I just drive into Hong Kong from Shenzhen to get my passport stamped, and turn around to enter China again from Shenzhen?
