Yes. There is shuttle bus available from Changsha Huanghua International Airport to Zhuzhou Green Garden Hotel. The bus schedule is 09:10, 10:00, 11:00, 12:30, 13:30, 14:30, 15:30, 16:30, 18:00 and 19:30. It takes around an hour and costs CNY34 per person.
If you arrive at night, you may take airport shuttle to the Civil Aviation Hotel (close to the Railway Station) and then take a train to Zhuzhou.0
