About:Chinese Embassy in Sri Lanka

Form 1003B Completion

I am attending Hong Kong for a conference for about a week. I am funded by the company I work here. I am required to hand over the form ID 1003B. Who is supposed to complete this form? Is it the company I work here? Or a Hong Kong entity?

Hi, I think the form 1003B should be completed by your Hong Kong entity.
