First, you need to take metro line 2 to NB Railway Station; then, walk to the South Bus Station beside the railway station.
After arrival, take a bus to Shenjiamen Bus Station and then take bus 3, 6, 7, or 15 to Banshengdong Port to take a ferry to Mount Putuo.
