Requirements & Visa fee

I am a Liberian in the Gambia and I want to apply for a student X in China. I will be coming to Dakar to apply but I want to know the requirements I need and the application fee

You should prepare the relevant documents including your passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, admission letter and JW form from the school as well as others. The application fee would be 20 000 FCFA/per person.

I'm a Nigeria base in Ghana...thinking of going to Dakar to apply for the student visa ...i need to know if i need residents permit to go apply

Personally I don't think you need residents permit to go apply. You can call the embassy in there to confirm this.
