Hi,i am victor a nigerian living here in bangkok,i applied for hong kong tourist visa last year

and was contacted by the embassy on the 5th working days that the entry permit has been approved which i have traveled to hong kong, now i applied for a tourist entry permit again on 4th of april 2018 and up till today 24th of april 2018 no body have contacted me to tell me if the visa is approved or not.so i want to know why its like this.
