where should i do the medical check-up required for Visa - Z ?

I'm based in Alexandria, Egypt and i'm having troubles with the medical check-up required as most private hospitals have no idea of it and most doctors admit to have seen it for the first time. I'm worried that I fill it in a wrong way and I'm asking about the best place to do my tests, preferably a place accustomed to doing this kind of medical check-up especially or Chinese visas.
