how to walk to harbin airport hotel from taiping airport terminals?

It is confirmed Taiping Airport Terminal 1 will be closed on 1 May 2018. Is Taiping Airport International Terminal next to Terminal 2 or very far from Terminal 2 and how to walk from the international terminal and Terminal 2 to Airport Hotel?Is it true there are fake taxi scams in this airport? I read that driving is reckless in this city. So it is considered not a safe city to travel in? Is it better to walk to the airport hotel?I have a one-way flight booking to this city from Singapore. Still considering whether to change flight date to another due to the terminal closure and safety of the city or forfeit the travel.

If you refer to Minhang Hotel (Airport), you can just walk northeast for several minutes to get there. According to the map, the international terminal is in T2!The city is safe! No worry! As for taxis, just remember to take the official ones!
