The buses depart from Huanglong Sports Center. It is located at No. 1, Huanglong Road, Xihu District.
From Hangzhou Best Western Hotel, you can take bus no. 23 from Shihuiqiao to Huanglong Sports Center directly. Or you can take a taxi. The cab fare is around CNY 15.
