Now I had changed schools and provinces. What advice would you give me with regards to Foreign Experts Certificate, Work Permit and residence permit?

Duduza, if you don't change the company you worked for, you can just renew your work permit and residence permit at the exit and entry administration of the local PSB within China. If you still have doubts, you can call the local PSB to inquire the details.
