query pertaining to chinese group visa .............. priority message.

Question

Dear Sir / Madam.My son and his friends are travelling to China on a leisure tour.They will enter China from Shanghai and exit from Beijing.They are issued a group entry permit.One of the group member whose name is mentioned on main page of group visa is not travelling due to some unforeseen circumstances.Kindly advise if remaining group members can travel to China with this entry permit.In case if it is not allowed, then kindly advise procedure to follow to solve this matter ( group is in India and visa is issued by Chinese tour operator based at Shanghai ).Reply awaited.Thank you.

Prakash, I think the remaining group members can travel to China with this visa. If you are still worried, you can contact the Chinese tour operator at Shanghai to confirm this.
